Rawnola Smoothie Bowl
Yes, I know, high-speed blenders aren’t found in nature. But with industrialization, we have lost access to fresh greens with essential nutrients to keep us active and healthy. If you can’t chew enough greens in a day, the next best option is to drink them up! I love having my smoothie along with my sweet raw granola (or Rawnola as some have coined it).
Green Power Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 ripe Banana
- 2 pitted Dates
- 1/2 cup Frozen Mangos
- 1 frozen shot of Wheatgrass
- 1 tsp Moringa
- 1 tsp Chlorella
- 1 tsp Spirulina
- 1/4 cup Cranberry Juice (organic, sugar-free)
- 1/4 cup Filtered Water
- 1 tbsp Hemp seeds
- Fresh fruit of choice for toppings
Instructions

Throw it all into the blender until smooth.
