These Mint Chocolate Chip Tarts have a secret superfood ingredient that gives it that minty green color: Spirulina! Spirulina is a protein packed alga that helps detoxify the body while providing it with iron, vitamin A, B12, and beta-carotene. Sneaking it into desserts and smoothies is a great way of increasing your intake of essential nutrients.
