Pesto Zoodles
Pesto pasta used to be my go-to meal when I was lazy or in a rush. I never imagined that a healthier, cleaner alternative could be easier to make in half the time. This deliciously healthy meal is ready in under 10 minutes! It is a great pre-workout meal and high in Vitamin C, A, potassium and iron.
Pesto Zucchini Noodles
Ingredients
- 2 medium Organic Zucchinis
- 1 Avocado
- a Handful of Raw walnuts (or any nut)
- 1/2 cup Organic Kale
- 1/2 cup Basil
- 1 clove of Garlic
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
Instructions

Spiralize your zucchini.

Place the remaining ingredients in food processor or blender and pulse until a pesto texture forms.

Serve and enjoy!
Recipe Notes
